Subscription Policy
Overview
When you subscribe to Pure Petals products, you're enrolling in our convenient automatic delivery service. We aim to make this as flexible and transparent as possible.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Cancellations can be made through:

• Emailing us at purepetalshelp@gmail.com
Cancellation Timing
Before Fulfillment:
If your order has not yet been fulfilled (processed and shipped), you may cancel immediately and will not be charged for that shipment.
After Fulfillment:
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, that charge is final. However, you may still cancel to prevent future shipments.
Subscription Billing
• Your subscription will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, etc.)
• You will be charged on your renewal date
• You can modify or skip upcoming orders through your account dashboard
Modifications
You may modify your subscription at any time, including:
• Changing delivery frequency
• Updating quantity
• Skipping upcoming orders
• Pausing your subscription temporarily
Refunds
• If you cancel before fulfillment, you will not be charged
• Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, our standard refund policy applies
